DRAFT opening night fundraiser 12/8/08 6pm

29 August 2008

The opening night of DRAFT is doubling as a fundraiser for the 3rd Year Fine Arts Graduation exhibition Ververy (November). The night will include raffles, dance and music performance, and will be a great way to aid 3rd year students in setting up their graduation show.

'DRAFT' is a collection of drawings, sketches and drafts by 3rd Year Fine Arts students from West Wollongong TAFE. It is a unique opportunity to peer into the creative process, beyond the veils of final product to the developmental heart of art, the making of marks on paper.

So come and support upcoming artists in the Illawarra... DRAFT Opening Night Fundraiser: Fri 12 Sep, 6pm.

project_screen.jpg

We have now officially gone online with Version 2 of the Project website!

There are a few new features to be aware of. The NEWS section contains general news items, and will echo the general mailouts sent to members. (Obviously you found it because you're reading this!)

Images are now displayed using an animated slideshow package (called Shadowbox). From an exhibition page, click on the play button. If you are on dialup, it may take several seconds to load the first image.

If you have any news items that may be of interest to Project members and the wider art community, please send them to and we'll see if we can include it.
